Little Hands Make a Big Difference is a community of young people working to spread awareness of those living with both physical and mental hardships through a network of resources and support.

LHMBD consists of high school students who manage sub-chapter clubs at both La Canada High School and Crescenta Valley High School, located in the suburbs of East Los Angeles.

LHMBD reaches out to local businesses to raise funds for other non-profit organizations that support public advocacy, medical research, and charity services for the less privileged.

We aim to remain a permanent fixture in the local community by branching out to other local high schools where like-minded students can join to create a larger and more lasting impact, as we cultivate our network.

— Promoting happiness and joy above all else.
